Biography
Linda has spent more than 25 years in both the private and public sectors.
An experienced transaction advisor, ex-diplomat, trade facilitator, accredited negotiator, chartered arbitrator, and taxation and customs expert, Linda brings a deep understanding of domestic and international, public and private sector bodies and matters. Her work focuses especially on commercial advisory and transactional structuring in sectors such as corporate finance, energy and natural resources, construction and real estate.
Linda also played an integral role in Rwanda’s regional and international integration as one of the negotiators on the lead technical teams that worked on Rwanda’s admission to the East African Community and the Commonwealth.
